Politique d’expédition

If an order is to be shipped, we will, upon acceptance of receipt of order, put the order in the mail after cash/money order is received. Company policy notes that we will ship out the product within a week (usually before) of order. It should then take a standard shipping time of 5-10 business days to reach the household/apartment of the ordering clientele. If however it does not reach the household within 5-10 business days, check your region as to where it should have shipped. If within the United States, it should be there on time. If not, then it may take more days depending on location. If within the United States and still not within 5-10 business days, you may be issued a refund if you can provide shipping address and product description. A possible list of tracking number may also be necessary to check out where the package could be located. All details found/noted will be kept private and used only between the owner and clientele. Nobody else will find this information out.
